Summary of Position:
- Serving guests with a positive, energetic and courteous attitude
- Accepting incoming orders, instore, online and by telephone
- Efficient handling of payment transactions
- Following Pronto procedures to prepare, create and present the guest’s food order
- Serving food that meets Pronto’s quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, neat and well-stocked restaurant
- Both full- and part-time positions are available
Qualifications:
- Good personal grooming
- Competent with payment transactions
- Able to stand in the work area for up to 8 hours
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Assistant Manager
Summary of Position:
- Adept at leading the team with solid management skills
- Conducting the daily operationd of the restaurant, including shift supervision
- Leading performance review
- Demonstrating a passion for the Pronto product and the highest of quality standards
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or university degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in food service
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
